Yoga Wall Fundamentals-Level I

-15 hours in person-2 hours self study for the Teaching Certification ​
-The origin and history of the Yoga Wall and its unique uses and applications
-Review of all the Yoga Wall equipment and how to use it safely and efficiently while teaching others and practicing on your own
-Traditional Yoga postures including standing poses, basic folds, twists, an introduction to backbends and inversions
-Anatomy, biomechanics and alignment demonstration and discussion of multiple asana/postures for accurate and detailed instruction
-How to provide safe and useful adjustments for your students during private and group classes
-Instruction, demonstration and hands-on practice to design and teach a Level I Yoga Wall class
-Printed Level I sequences are provided
-1- 60 minute recorded Yoga Wall video by Jason Cull to observe, learn and continue your practice
-55 page illustrated Level I Manual included Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits available
-Yoga Wall certification provided based on full attendance and completing the self study.

Yoga Wall Therapeutics-Level II 

-15 hours in person-2 hours self study for the Teaching Certification
-135 Page illustrated Level II Manual
-Advanced Asana with more complex variations in multiple dimensions  incorporating various Yoga Wall belts
-Seated poses, restorative poses and advanced technical inversions
-In depth work on the hips incorporating the unique advantages of the Yoga wall
-Theme based Asana sequences targeting specific body areas and conditions such as the upper back, neck and shoulders and low back, hips and pelvis as well as Scoliosis
-Partner work and advanced therapeutic adjustments for all parts of the body and specific ailments and injuries
-Practicing and learning a one of a kind specialized sequence specific to treating, managing and relieving back pain and other chronic conditions of the spine
-Group dialogue, discussion and practice on how to lead and design your own workshops with the Yoga Wall
-Attending in person a one hour Level II class with Jason to experience how a class is delivered
-A Printed Level II sequence is provide to help guide trainees how to teach their first class
